We had issues with our AC this past weekend where it was not cooling the house. I called one of the big HVAC chain companies in Cincinnati to get out early Monday to look at the issue. They came out and immediately tried selling us a new AC unit stating ours was not worth repairing and could not “safely” be repaired since it was so old. I could tell these two were just trying to sell me a new unit and had no plan to
repair our old unit unless I spent a lot of money to do so. I called Brian with Grant County Mechanical because I used him in the past and he always gave me an honest opinion on the repairs needed. He came out and told me what the repairs were and what was wrong and never once stated we needed a new unit. In fact as he told us before that these old unit run way better than any of the new ones. I appreciate Brian and his honest way in doing business and this company and will not use anyone else for our HVAC needs in the future.

Called Grant County Mechanical around 8:00pm and left a voicemail hoping for service the next day due to AC going out during hot weather. Got a callback at 8:00am sharp the next day and they were here, issue resolved and heat pump cleaned by 3:00pm. Friendly, honest, hard-working folks with fair prices. Excellent work and customer service. I highly recommend using Grant County Mechanical for your HVAC needs.
